30 Crafting, 30 Runecrafting, 30 Slayer, 30 Thieving,
The ability to kill a level 62 Slug Prince.
Recommended items:
Chisel, Talismans or Tiaras to get to the 4 elemental (Earth, Air, Fire, Water) altars (an Chisel, Talismans or Tiaras to get to the 4 elemental (Earth, Air, Fire, Water) altars (an elemental talisman is excellent if you have one), Mind talisman or Tiara, Swamp paste (bought from Kazard general store for 42gp), 5 Rune essence (possibly more), a melee weapon (to kill a Level 62 Slug Prince), and a Comm orb (although it will be replaced if you have lost yours).
